SYTOP bimetal and solid cobalt-chromium alloy valve balls provide superior resistance to abrasive particles, erosion, and corrosion in both sweet and sour service conditions.
Manufacturing Process: Powder Metallurgy (PM) + Grinding.
Service Conditions: high pressure / high temperature / sand-laden / corrosive / frequent cycling.
Typical Applications: Pipeline ball valves, trunnion ball valves, subsea Christmas trees, and wellhead valves.
Size Range: DN15-DN500 (0.5"-20"), custom sizes available upon inquiry.
Hardness: HRC 38 - 55.
