- STEP 1 Negotiation: The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.
- STEP 2 Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties may seek mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
- STEP 3 Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
For international commercial contracts, the parties may agree in writing to submit disputes to arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), with arbitration seated in Beijing, China.
Changes to These Terms
SYTOP reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Site with an updated "Last Updated" date.
