Our powder metallurgy capability enables the production of complex-shaped components with superior material properties. This process achieves near-net-shape manufacturing with excellent material utilization, uniform microstructure, and consistent mechanical properties -- ideal for high-performance cobalt-chromium alloy components.

Foundry

Our casting workshop handles investment casting, continuous casting, and vacuum casting for cobalt-chromium alloys. These processes allow near-net-shape production of complex geometries -- reducing material waste and machining time while maintaining tight dimensional tolerances.

Precision Machining

CNC Turning, Milling & Grinding

Cobalt-based alloys are notoriously difficult to machine. Our CNC machining center is configured specifically for hard alloys -- using appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and coolant strategies to achieve the surface finish and dimensional accuracy required for sealing and wear applications.
