Cobalt Alloy Scraper

The cobalt alloy ST6 scraper is a high-performance cobalt-based component designed for continuous hot-dip galvanizing lines (CGL). Operating in molten zinc environments at around 450–470°C, it effectively removes top dross and prevents re-entrainment, ensuring coating uniformity and stable line operation. Thanks to its excellent wear resistance, hot hardness, and outstanding resistance to molten zinc corrosion, ST 6 significantly outperforms stainless steels and tool steels, delivering longer service life, reduced maintenance downtime, and improved overall production efficiency.
